Findings
What the data means, not just what it says. Every conclusion drawn from these numbers lives here, with the evidence behind it and what to do next.
Problems
Something is wrong and costing you.
Google intercepts 84% of the money keywords with an AI Overview, and cites the site in none of them
17 of 20 tracked keywords return an AI Overview on the results page. catalyticsautomation.com is cited inside zero of them.
Treat AI Overview citation as its own objective, separate from ranking. The pages that do get cited across the whole dataset are heavy on direct answers and comparisons — restructure the money pages to answer in the first 80 words.
/business-management-system has never registered a single impression
Zero rows in 88 days of Search Console page data. Its two target keywords, business operating system (480/mo) and business management system (590/mo), have no impression history either.
Confirm with Camilo whether the page actually shipped. The whole business-operating-system cluster in the strategy document depends on it.
Opportunities
Something is available and unclaimed.
The HIPAA cluster entered Google in early July and sits just outside page one
Twelve queries around HIPAA compliance for ChatGPT and Claude first earned an impression between 1 and 3 July, having never appeared before. Best positions cluster at #20-26: "is claude ai hipaa compliant" #20, "claude hipaa" #21, "chatgpt hipaa" #12. Combined 80+ impressions, zero clicks.
This is the closest thing to a ranking win the data shows. Positions 12-26 are one solid page away from traffic. Pick the two or three with real volume and build a proper answer page for them rather than leaving them on whatever page Google picked.
ChatGPT searches for 'EOS Traction alternatives' when asked about business operating systems
Captured verbatim in the query fan-out for the business OS prompt. Gemini and Claude fan out to cost, challenges and case-study phrasings on the same cluster.
Write the EOS-alternatives comparison page. The fan-out queries are the section headings — cost, challenges, case studies, selection criteria.
19 queries earn impressions but no clicks at all
Search Console shows 19 queries with 20+ impressions and zero clicks over the period. ai implementation services alone had 211 impressions, up 193%, with none.
These are title and meta rewrites, not content work. Sort the Search Console queries table by impressions and work down the zero-CTR rows.
business associate agreement is a 22,200/mo term at difficulty 33
Flagged high-impact, low-effort by Ubersuggest. The site already has /blog/what-is-a-business-associate-agreement as the declared target.
Top-funnel and unlikely to convert directly, but it feeds the HIPAA cluster that does. Worth one strong page.
Upwork and Clutch send more referral traffic than any channel except Google
GA4 session sources over 28 days: 395 direct, 76 google, 17 upwork.com, 11 clutch.co, 4 linkedin.
Nothing to do with SEO, but Camilo should know. Two directory profiles are outperforming every social channel combined.
Strategy
Where to point the next few weeks of effort.
Three competitors are tied with the brand rather than beating it
Optimize IS, Claribase and Catalytics each appear in 5 answers over 30 days. The category owners EOS and Strety appear in 3 each.
The niche is genuinely unclaimed in AI answers — nobody is dominating. Being early is worth more here than being better.
The comparison cluster is the only non-brand prompt group that produces mentions
Of 21 monitored prompts, only two produced a brand mention: the Airtable vs Google Sheets comparison and the direct brand question. All 15 daily commercial prompts returned zero.
Comparison-shaped content is what earns the brand a place in AI answers today. Group E was moved from weekly to daily collection; build more head-to-head pages.
Watch out
Not yet a problem. Could become one.
AI answer history cannot be backfilled, so the record starts now
Those answers were generated on demand and are archived nowhere. DataForSEO's LLM mentions database holds zero rows for this domain and one for softr.io.
Do not promise a client a retrospective AI baseline. Search Console, GA4 and classic SERP history are all available retroactively; AI visibility is not.
Ubersuggest recommends reviving a page that was deliberately deindexed
crm for cleaning business appears in its quick wins at position 39 with a $52.69 CPC. The strategy document states the page was set to noindex in July by owner decision and a decline there is intended.
Leave the recommendation visible — the commercial signal is real — but do not action it without checking why it was demoted.
Ruled out
Looked alarming, turned out not to be. Kept so it is not re-litigated.
Same-name companies are cited but do not distort what AI says about the brand
Thirteen citations across the record point at other companies sharing the name — catalytics.us (8), catalyticslab.com (2), catalytics.io, catalytics.com, poweredbycatalytics.com. All of them come from a single prompt, "What is Catalytics Automation and what do they do?", which is what asking a model to look up a name produces. Reading the answers rather than the citation list: 12 of 12 describe Catalytics Automation correctly as a business-automation consultancy working in Airtable and Softr for $500K-$10M firms, and not one contains the word "cylinder", which is what catalytics.us actually sells. The one answer that named another company was Claude on 2026-08-01, and it disambiguated correctly, separating "Catalytic" (acquired by PagerDuty in 2022) from Catalytics Automation before describing ours accurately. The real collision is with Catalytic, not with the .us domain, and it cost half the length of one answer out of twelve.
Nothing to fix. Watch the rate rather than act on it: if answers naming another company rise above roughly one in six, or if a description ever borrows the wrong business, revisit. The lesson is procedural — a citation list is not evidence about what an answer says, and this was raised as urgent before the answers were read.
The 36% collapse in impressions was a measurement artefact, not a decline
Windows were anchored to today while Search Console publishes two to three days late, so five days of data were compared against seven. Two equal weeks: 664 to 658 impressions, a 0.9% change. Position was flat at 21.3 to 21.5, not the 19.6 to 21.9 shown.
Fixed — both windows now end on the last day with data. Worth remembering before reacting to any short-window figure.
The real 14-day impression drop is a quality improvement, not a loss
2,082 to 1,322 impressions. /services/ai-implementation fell from 387 to 32 while its position improved from 71 to 12; the HIPAA page fell from 319 to 43 while improving from 16 to 8. Share of impressions from the top 10 rose from 27% to 50%.
Report this to Camilo as progress. Impressions from position 71 have no value; the site shed worthless depth and tightened onto real positions.
